What the hell is Kourtney Kardashian wearing???

I can’t understand how could people do such funny things to themselves. And what is it any way? A clown collar? A strange kind of scarf? A unique dress for fools? And I wonder would any of you will wear it?

I must say she was damn confident. But I don’t admire her confidence one bit. How can one be so clueless? Maybe her designer played a prank on her.

She’s certainly got a bad taste. Even her hairdo is terrible & the shade of her lipstick is incredibly miserable.
