I have been receiving emails from Peta2 that October is the "Cut Out Dissection" month and for all animal lovers it is very important to accept and fight that even the dissection of frogs and other animals during classes for academic purpose is also inhuman.
So, for students living in USA they have these letters, which if are presented to the teacher alternative ways of doing things can be obtained. It is not a petition, just a letter for those who can make use of it.
